There are some very basic steps you can take to get started becoming strong through physical health. It doesn’t have to be overwhelming; it can be as simple as drinking clean Chemical free water. The rest comes easier once you’ve made a start.
In order to become emotionally strong, we must become physically healthy, the two go hand in hand. There are some simple principals around strengthening in this area. Make it simple, make it achievable.
Becoming Healthy, and strong emotionally, we allow breathing space and time to reflect on a strategy for increasing strength in this area. With a clear mind we learn to focus and set achievable goals in this area.
With the first 3 pillars of strength in place, we now have a calm and grounded sense of purpose. Spirituality is about direction ad purpose, a purpose on this planet other than to work eat and play. This is the anchor for your true power as a strong healthy male.
The cleaner and healthier we become the less we choose to engage in mindless activities. We start to search for information that increases our power. Intellectual strength comes from the desire to learn and continue increasing personal strength.
